William Scott Goucher

William “Scott“ Goucher, 58, of Stroud Township passed away expectantly at his home on Wednesday September 21, 2016. Born February 18, 1958 in East Stroudsburg the son of the late Charles and Barbara (Garis) Goucher. He was a lifetime resident of Monroe County. Currently he was working as a custodian for the Stroudsburg School District; prior to that he worked at Excell Storage Products in East Stroudsburg; and prior to that he worked at he for the former Hughes Printing for over 20 years until they closed. Scott is survived by his 2 daughter, Ashley M. Goucher of Stroudsburg and Amber M. Keiper and her husband David of Henryville, his 2 grandchildren Paige and Riley Keiper of Henryville; his brother Steven Goucher of Long Pond; and his sister Mary Searfoss and her husband William of East Stroudsburg; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by is son Michael S. Goucher in 2009 and also his brother Mark Goucher Memorial funeral services will be held at 6:00pm on Monday September 26, 2016 at the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg with Pastor Margie Good officiating. There will be a visitation on Monday from 5:00pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
