Theresa M. Mcrae

Theresa Mary McRae, 70, of Bushkill passed away on Saturday October 20, 2018 at her home.  She was the wife of Eddie “Lucius” McRae, they were married July 02,1966 at Saint Benedict the Moore church, in Queens, New York.  Born April 9, 1948 in Manhattan, New York, the daughter of James and Mary (Vas) Williams.  She was a resident of Pike County since 2005 and prior to that of Queens, New York. She attended Martin Van Buren High School, Queens Village, New York.  Theresa was a member of the Church of Saint John, Marshalls Creek.  She was  retired from the Payroll department at Saint John's Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York.    In addition to her husband, Theresa is survived by her Mother Mary Theresa  Williams, sons Eddie McRae II and Jamal McRae, her grandchildren Lucy McRae and Eddie McRae III, her daughter in law Noelle McRae.  She is also survived by her  brother Domingo Williams, sisters Victoria Williams  and Daphane Peoples.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Thursday October 25, 2018 at 2pm at the Church of Saint John, 5171 Milford Road, (Marshall’s Creek) East Stroudsburg PA 18302 with Father John Chmil as celebrant.  Friends and family may on Thursday October 25, 2018 from 1:00pm until the time of the Mass at Church.  The Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg is in charge of the arrangements.
