Teri Alice Balmforth (Gutierrez) died in her home on October 23, 2017 in Stroudsburg Pennsylvania after a year and a half battle with Multiple Myeloma. Teri was born on January 26, 1964 in Fort Knox, Kentucky a daughter of the late Manuel and Lucy (DeNardo) Gutierrez. She is survived by her husband Paul, her daughter Alicia Gussenhoven and her granddaughter Lucia Virgil. A Memorial Mass will be Celebrated on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 10:00 am at the Church of Saint Luke, 818 Main Street, Stroudsburg with Father Carmen Perry officiating.
