Susan Gail Hendricks
November 21, 1946 — August 31, 2023
Susan Gail Hendricks 76, of East Stroudsburg passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday August 31, 2023, at the home. She was the wife of the late Edward Clayton Hendricks, who passed May 22, 2020, at the time of his death, they were married for 55 years.
Born November 21, 1946, in East Stroudsburg the daughter of the late Durling Ace Jr and Muriel (Hines) Ace. She was a lifetime resident of Monroe County.
Prior to her retirement she worked in admissions and registration for the Pocono Medical Center.
Susan is survived by her daughter Sara Hendricks-McGee and her wife Amanda of East Stroudsburg, her son Edward Charles Hendricks and his wife Linh of Audubon, PA, her grandchildren Grady, Evan, Kaitlyn and Carson. She is also survived by her sister Norma Kane of East Stroudsburg, her nieces Deanna and Greg Sutton of East Stroudsburg, Emma and Robert Templeton of Belleville, Pamela Sarer of East Stroudsburg and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
The Bensing Thomas Funeral Home 401 North Street, Stroudsburg is in charge of the arrangements.
