Stephen E. Banks Sr. 95,of Dingman's Ferry, passed away on Tuesday May 7, 2019 at Luther Crest Nursing Home, after a short stay. He was the loving husband of Ruth R. (Ronda) Banks. There will be a viewing on Sunday May 12, 2019 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg. Burial with Military Honors will be on Monday May 13, 2019 at 9:30am at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville Pennsylvania
