Shabasia Annette Savinon

Shabasia Annette Savinon, 25, of East Stroudsburg, passed away on December 31, 2016 as result of a tragic car accident. Born August 13, 1991 on Staten Island, New York and was the daughter of Victor R. Savinon Sr. and the late Michele A. (Nourry) Savinon. Shabasia was a resident of Monroe County for the past 16 years and was a Graduate of East Stroudsburg South High School with the Class of 2010. She was a Christian. Currently she was working as a cashier at the Giant Food Store in Bartonsville. In addition to her father, she is survived  by her twin sister Asia of East Stroudsburg, her  other sisters Felicia Hillicke and her husband  James of Medford, NY,  Ashantia and Jai- Coya both of East Stroudsburg; and her brothers Victor Jr. and his wife Jessica of Gouldsboro and Demetrius of East Stroudsburg; and many nieces and nephews. She was loved by all and let light into everyone's life. She will be deeply and truly missed by all.  There will be a visitation on Sunday January 8, 2017 from 1:00pm to 4:00pmpm at the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg. A celebration of Asia’s life will follow immediately at the VFW Post #2540, 20 Fawn Road, East Stroudsburg .
