Scott Weikel

Scott Weikel, 51, of Stroudsburg went to Heaven on the morning of June 5, 2017. He was born on May 20, 1966 in East Stroudsburg. He was the son of Anna Lewis of Stroudsburg, James Lewis of Stroudsburg and Freddie Mason of Florida. He is survived by his two sons who loved him dearly Cameron Weikel and Curtis Weikel of East Stroudsburg. Scott was employed by Haband Corp. in the printing industry and most recently was a truck driver until he fell ill. The last few years have been trying with his health issues but he always remained upbeat. He has been in Slate Belt Nursing Home for the last 14 months. A memorial service will be held at the Salvation Army Church on Wednesday June 7th at 11:00am with Major Mary Francis officiating. In lieu of flowers donations to the family may be made to Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
