Saundra "Sandy" Marie Rarrick

Saundra “Sandy” Marie Rarrick, 44 of Stroudsburg, passed away on Thursday November 17, 2016 at the Pocono Medical Center. Born in East Stroudsburg on October 25, 1972 the daughter of Dorothy and Manuel Drones of Allentown. Those who truly knew Sandy saw past her tough exterior into her soft side, if you were good to her she would do anything for you in return. She will be missed by those who loved her. In addition to her parents, Sandy is survived by her children: Edward Gunther and his companion Judith Goda, Ciarra Counterman and Devon Rarrick of East Stroudsburg and Jordan Rarrick of Allentown. She is also survived by two grandchildren Kendra and Hunter Gunther: two brothers Roy Rarrick and his companion Amy Heskell of Scranton and Jesse Rarrick of Nazareth, a sister Rainbow Rarrick and her companion Eric Fehr of Nazareth, her Aunt Betty Kuchinskas of Stroudsburg with whom she was very close: along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Sandy was preceded in death by her uncle Billy Baird and a cousin Kevin Swartwood. Visitation will be from 5:00pm until the time of the memorial service at 6:00pm on Tuesday November 29, at the Stroudsburg Wesleyan Church, 915 North Fifth Street, Stroudsburg with Pastor Lynda Keefer officiating.
