Robert Anthony Bates

Robert Anthony Bates, 56, of Bushkill went to the Lord on Wednesday February 10, 2016 at the Pocono Medical Center. He was the longtime significant other of Lynne L. Taylor, a nurse, formerly of Union, New Jersey. Born August 7, 1959 in Wilkes Barre the son of Theresa Bates of Bangor PA. He was the 5th generation of the Bates family of Wilkes-Barre. He most recently worked as a Lab Tech at Sanofi Pasteur, he also worked at Pocmont Resort. In addition to mother and companion, he is survived by a son Colin. He will be sadly missed by all and always remembered. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family at the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg
