Randi Jo Sargent, 36, of Easton, PA, passed away surrounded by family on November 24 th , 2024

at St. Luke’s Anderson Hospital.

Randi was born at Easton Hospital on February 22 nd , 1988, the daughter of Robin Laudenbach

and Howard Sargent. Randi was a fierce and strong-willed woman that enjoyed socializing with

friends and spending time with family. Randi was also known to be resilient and a survivor. In

2010, Randi suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result from a car accident. Despite having a

poor prognosis, with Randi’s determination, she defied all odds and continued to live her life for

another 14 years. Randi can be remembered as a character, making those around her laugh with

her feisty attitude and unique personality. Randi enjoyed listening to music, watching tv and

movies, and using her tablet. Randi also enjoyed being pampered by having her hair and nails

done while relaxing with a cup of coffee.

Randi is preceded in death by her mother, Robin Laudenbach, and her stepmother, Susan Jones.

Randi is survived by her loving son, Austin Lippencott (20); her father, Howard Sargent;

stepfather, David Laudenbach; brother, Steven Sargent and his wife Chelsey; sister, Danielle

Hanisak and her husband Dakota; sister Kaitlyn Sargent; and sister-in-law Natasha Sargent.

Randi is also survived by several nieces and nephews: Mya L. (17), Skyler S. (16), Tyler S. (16),

Michael L. (15), Stevie S. (14), Kameron L. (10), Danika S. (4), Levi S. (2), and Levi H. (1).

Randi is also fondly remembered by her Grandmother Regina Turner, Uncle Christopher

Sargent, Aunt Jacqueline Sargent, Uncle Ralph Campbell Jr., and Great Aunt Suzanne Golden.

In her passing, Randi was able to participate in the Gift of Life program, which allowed her to

continue her legacy by giving the gift of life through organ and tissue donation. While our hearts

mourn the loss, we take comfort knowing that she is no longer suffering and that others will be

able to thrive through the use of her gifts.

Randi would’ve wanted a celebration of life instead of a funeral service, so we will be honoring

this by holding a celebration of life in her honor. The celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
