Phillip Scott McCarthy, 66, of East Stroudsburg, passed away unexpectedly at home. He was born March 29, 1955 in East Stroudsburg, the son of the late Della Mae Turner. He recently retired from Artube in East Stroudsburg. Phillip is survived by his sister Sherri Turner of East Stroudsburg and Randy Turner of Arizona; his great niece and nephew Zoey and Kaden Zimorowicz. In addition to his mother, Phil was predeceased by his brother Terry Turner and his nieces Jessica Turner Zimorowicz. There will be no services at this time.
