Peter E. Murray, 58, of East Stroudsburg, passed away on Tuesday April 22, 2025, in his home surrounded by his family. He was the husband of Diahann (Czeslaw) Murray, at home.
Born March 23, 1967, in Red Bank New Jersey, the son of the late Peter J. and Patricia S. (Schmedes) Murray.
He was a Marine, retired carpenter of the NYC carpenters’ union
After retiring he started working for 10-31 Inc Columbia NJ
He is survived by his Daughters Megan Hartsgrove of St James City Florida
Kayla, Kristie and Alyssa Murray all East Stroudsburg PA. his Stepchildren Ashley (East Stroudsburg) Zachary (Vero beach Florida) and Michael Simmons (East Stroudsburg) Jessica Jones (East Stroudsburg). his Godsons Declan Murray and Alex Green.
Peter is also survived by his Siblings Theresa Barratt Atlantic highlands NJ, Patricia Lesser Richlands NC, Daniel and wife Nicola Murray Middletown NJ, Andrew Dunn Easton PA: and
Many cousins, Aunts and Uncles.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother in laws
Wade Green, Scott Barratt and Barry Lesser.
A memorial Mass will be held on Thursday May 1, 2025, at 11:00am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help-Saint Agnes Roman Catholic Church, 103 Center Ave, Atlantic Highlands, NJ 07716
