Paul Richard Coates

Paul Richard Coates, 57, passed away suddenly at his home on December 8, 2024. He was the loving husband of Kathleen Marie (Fortsch) Coates, they celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on May 22, 2024.
Born January 9, 1967, in Hackensack, New Jersey, the son of William and Vicky (Urtnowski) Coates. He grew up in Little Ferry New Jersy and moved to East Stroudsburg in 2009.
Paul served in the United States Army; and was currently working as a mechanic at Iridium Industries in East Stroudsburg.
Paul was a great husband and father and in addition to his wife Kathleen, he is survived by his son Corbin Coates; his brother James Coates and his wife Stacy, and their sons Calvin and Henry Coates.
He is also survived by numerous, Aunts, Uncles and cousins and many friends.
Paul was predeceased by his nephew Harrison Coates.
There will be no services at this time. The Bensing Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg is in charge of his cremation.
