Flag Paul Armand Bonneau, 91, of Mount Pocono, passed away on Thursday March 29, 2018 at The Gardens at Easton. He was the loving husband of Carmella (Innace) Bonneau, they were married June 4, 1955. He was born February 21, 1927 in New Bedford, Massachusetts, the son of the late George and Aurora (Payette) Bonneau. He was a resident of Monroe County since 1964 and prior to that of Brooklyn, New York. He was an active and faithful member of the Church of Saint Mary of the Mount, Mount Pocono. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army, serving during WWII Paul worked as a security guard for the former Pocono Medical Center for 27 years. In addition to his wife, Paul is survived by his 3 sons, Paul Zachary of Lehigh Acres, Florida, Mark Alfred and his significant other Mary Joyce Hade of Easton, Gary Andrew and his wife Deirdre of Blakeslee His grandchildren Jaimee Hock and her husband Peter of Stroudsburg, Andrew Bonneau of Freyburg, Germany, and Natalie Bonneau of Stillwater Lake Estates; his 2 great grandchildren Kaylie and Kamrin Hock; his half brother Joseph Fanora of Long Island, New York. Memorial funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday April 19, 2018 at 10:00am The Villa of Our Lady, 245 Meadowside Road, Mount Pocono (Paradise Township)with Father Gregory Loughney as celebrant. Military Honors will follow. There will be a visitation on Thursday April 19, 2018 from 9:00am until the time of Mass at the Villa of Our Lady Burial of his cremated remains will be at the convenience of the family in the Keller’s Cherry Valley Cemetery. The Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, PO Box 96011, Washington DC 20090-6011
