Surrounded by her family, Patricia left this world peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones.Educated as a Licensed Practical Nurse, she devoted her career to caring for others with tenderness and empathy.Patricia's legacy is carried forward by her children: Patty, Maria, Tony, Apryl, and Pamela. Her love extended to her grandchildren—Christopher, Rachel, Matthew, Jason, Ashley, Amanda, James, and Ava. Her heart grew even fuller with the arrival of her great-grandchildren, Mackenzie and Alexandra.In honoring Patricia's wishes, a private funeral ceremony is being held, providing her family the opportunity to celebrate her life and bid farewell in the intimate setting she desired. During this difficult time, the family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to the Valley Hospital Luckow Oncology Physicians and Valley Hospice Care.
