Oscar "Ob" Buchanan
September 5, 1944 — April 10, 2025
Oscar OB” Buchanan, 80 of Hamilton Township, passed away at his home on Thursday April 10, 2025. He was the husband of Sandra A. (Strouse) Buchanan, they were married in June of 1970.
Born September 5, 1944, in Minneapolis North Carolina, the son of the late Abraham Lincoln and Rosa (Loveless) Buchanan. He was a resident of Monroe County for the past 55 years.
He worked as a millwright for the Victaulic Company in Easton for more than 30 years.
In addition to his wife, OB is survived by his sons, Michael Zulauf of Slateford, James Zulauf of Stroudsburg and Scott Buchanan of Stroudsburg.
His 3 grandchildren Zachary Zulauf and his wife Emma of Sciota, Marlayna Stoffet of Mertztown and Gabrielle Buchanan of Stroudsburg. His 3 great grandchildren, Jonah Zulauf, Ruth Longley and Kaleb Stoffet.
Memorial funeral services will be held on MAY 3, 2025, at 10:30AM at the Stroudsburg Wesleyan Church, 915 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg with Pastor Lynda Keefer officiating. Casual dress required.
