Michael Allen Higgins, 55, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family after a courageous battle with illness.

Michael was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, veteran, and friend. He shared 35 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Jill.

He was a proud and loving father to his two sons, Troy and Tyler, and a cherished grandfather to his granddaughter, Alayna

who brought him endless joy.

Michael proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1989 to 1994.

Following his military service, he built a career through hard work and dedication, earning the respect of his coworkers and everyone who knew him.

When Michael wasn't working, he loved spending time on the golf course. Golf was one of his greatest passions, bringing him relaxation, friendship, and many happy memories.

Those who knew Michael will remember his strength, determination, and quiet devotion to the people he loved. His family was always the center of his life, and his love for them will continue to be felt every day.

Michael is survived by his wife, Jill; his sons, Troy and Tyler; his beloved granddaughter, Alayna; and many other family members and dear friends who will miss him deeply.

Though Michael is no longer with us, his love, kindness, and the memories he created will remain forever in the hearts of all who knew him.
