Melinda L Graver, 63, of East Stroudsburg passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025, at the St. Luke’s Hospital Monroe campus. She was the wife of Clifford S Graver. They were high school sweethearts and married for 43 years.
Born July 19, 1961, in East Stroudsburg, the daughter of the late Richard and Sara (Frasier) Cook. She was a lifetime resident of Monroe County and was a graduate of Stroudsburg high school.
Prior to her retirement she worked as a bus driver for the East Stroudsburg school district.
She was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness congregation in Marshalls Creek.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, her daughter Sara Ann Saraceno and her husband Orazio of Stroudsburg and her son Garrett Clifford Graver of Cresco. Her brothers, Frederick Cook and his wife, Eileen and David Cook and his wife Kelly, her sisters, Melissa Cook and Sally Ann Cook, and several nieces and nephews.
She will be remembered for her thoughtfulness, kindness, compassion, love of family and friends and strong faith.
There will be a memorial talk at a date to be determined at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 2036 Milford Rd. East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.
