Mary Ann Moore

Mary Ann Moore, 76, of East Stroudsburg, passed away on March 4, 2017 at Saint Luke‘s Hospital Monroe Campus. She was the wife of Earl R. “Butch” Moore Sr., they were married September 12, 1976. Born May 11, 1940 in Henryville, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Robert Noack Sr. and Kathleen (Stahl) Noack. She was lifetime resident of Monroe County, and attended East Stroudsburg High School. She was a former employee of Stroud Manor Nursing Home and Shawnee Time Shares. Mary Ann was a former member of George N. Kemp American Legion Post #346 Ladies Auxiliary, East Stroudsburg. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Cynthia Stout of Bangor; her son, Chester Read of East Stroudsburg, her step daughter Wendy Sue Moore of Bangor, her 2 stepsons Earl R. Moore Jr. of Bangor and Fred Moore of Bangor. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and her sister Joan Labar of Altoona, Florida, and several nieces and nephews She was predeceased by her brothers Robert Noack Jr. and John Noack Funeral services will be held on Wednesday March 8, 2017 at 2:00pm at the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg with Pastor Margie Good officiating officiating.
