Louis F. Lauer

Louis F. Lauer, 69, of Bath, Pennsylvania formerly of_Bangor, passed away on January 8, 2019 at the Alexandria Manor, Bath. Born August 12, 1949 in Philipsburg, New Jersey, the son of George and Lydia (Lusk) Lauer. He is survived by daughter Sarah Hauser and her husband Scott of Clearfield, Utah, son Louis Lauer and his wife Gigi of Houston, Texas and daughter Corie Lauer of Hillsborough, New Jersey. Sisters Billie DeLorenzo of Oxford, NJ, Juanita Werkheiser of Stroudsburg, PA. He has 5 grandchildren Elizabeth, Logan, Alexandria, Caitlyn, and Ian. He worked as a machinist for Elastimold in Hackettstown, New Jersey for many years. He was drafted into the Army in 1969, he proudly served his country until 1975 during the Vietnam War Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family at the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg. There will be no viewing. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to:St. Jude’s Children hospital.
