Linda A. Williams, 73, of Saylorsburg, passed away on Tuesday January 19, 2016 at home. She was the wife of the late Ernest K. Williams, they were married 52 years at the time of his death in 2012 Born October 12, 1942 in East Stroudsburg the daughter of the late Edward H. and Anna C. (Heller) Dennis, She was a lifelong resident of Monroe County. She enjoyed taking her grandchildren to their cabin in Bradford County when they were growing up. She also enjoyed luncheon dates with her girlfriend classmates and co-workers from Aventis-Sanofi. Linda worked at the Pocono Medical Center as a manager of data processing and Aventis-Sanofi as the Human Resource Coordinator of Compensation. She is survived by her son. Mark A. Williams Sr. of Saylorsburg with whom she resided, her daughter Annette M. Heller and her husband Randy of Oakboro, NC. Her grandchildren Mark A. Williams Jr, Scott R. Heller and his wife Karrie, Benjamin Heller and Ashley M. Eller, her husband Danny and their daughter Kaydence; her step grandson Corey J. Counterman and her great grandson Cameron A. Williams. She is also survived by her 2 sisters, Nancy J. Klingel of Saylorsburg and Gertie M. Keller of Ormond Beach, FL, also her sister in laws Mary Jane Lucrezi, Agnes Hennet, Edna Mae Schaffer and her husband Richard, and Alice Jean Scott and her husband Richard; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins, Edward, Shelby, Christine, Joey, April, Pamela, Robin, Samantha and Ernest. Memorial funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 2:00pm at Christ Hamilton United Lutheran Church‘s Lighthouse, 419 Bossardsville Road, (Hamilton Square) Stroudsburg with Pastor Scott Smith officiating. There will be a visitation on Saturday from 1:00pm until the time of the services at the church‘s Lighthouse. A special thank yo to Paula Hallock for all her help with Cameron and Sister Nancy for appointments and helping with Cameron. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Senior Club of the Church, 419 Bossardsville Road, Stroudsburg PA 18360 The Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg is in charge of the arrangements.
