Lance PatrickTersigni passed away on September 6, 2022 at St. Lukes Hospital in Bartonsville Pa. at 57 years of age. Lance was born in Easton Hospital on July 4, 1965. Lance had a gift of creative ability to do anything he strived for. He enjoyed Nascar, country music, 4 wheeling, scary movies and cooking for his friends and family. Lance was a social man who loved to laugh with all who was around him.
Lance is pre-deceased by his parents Patrick F Tersigni and Barbara L Gallagher. Brother Edward K Price. Lance is survived by his son Nicholas Petrizzo, Brothers William Tersigni, Dallas Tersigni. His sisters Shawn Claborn and Jessica Schaffer.
There will be no services after his cremation at his family's request. Lance was loved by many and will be very sadly missed.
