Kimberly Anne Winters

Kimberly Ann Winters, 57, of Scotrun, Pennsylvania, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Saint Luke’s Hospital in Bartonsville. She was the beloved wife of David A. Winters Sr.

Born on February 21, 1969, in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, Kimberly was the daughter of the late Richard and Ann (Thompson) DeVore. She was a lifelong resident of Monroe County and was known for her strength, kindness, and deep love for her family.

Kimberly is survived by her loving children: Brandi (Jason), Amanda (Jeremy), Beth (Ryan), Katlyen, David A. Winters Jr. (fiancée Kayla), Nicole and Angelina. She is also survived by her brother, Richard DeVore Jr.; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Brian and Gracie Winters; many nieces and nephews; and her many cherished grandchildren, who were truly the center of her world.

In addition to her parents, Kimberly was preceded in death by her sisters-in-law, Maria and Dawn.

Kimberly found joy in the simple things in life. She loved crocheting, playing games, and creating beautiful diamond paintings. Above all, she treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren, who brought her endless happiness and purpose.

A memorial service to celebrate Kimberly’s life will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM at 675 Belmont Avenue, Mt. Pocono, Pennsylvania 18344, followed by a repast.

Kimberly will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, but her strength, love, and memories will live on in the hearts of her family forever.
