Kimberly L. Labar

Kimberly L. LaBar, 27, of East Stroudsburg, passed away on Monday April 25, 2016 at the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg. She was the loving wife of Isaac H. LaBar, they were married July 18, 2009. Born March 28, 1989 in Durham, North Carolina, the daughter of the late Allen Keith and Sharon (Wheless) Brown. She was a resident of Monroe County since 2008 and prior to that of North Carolina. She was a Christian and belonged to the 1st Baptist Church in Butner, North Carolina. She worked at Wal-Mart in East Stroudsburg after moving here, but started working for Wal-Mart in North Carolina. In addition to her husband, Isaac, she is survived by her 2 sons, Nickolas T. LaBar and Mason I. LaBar; her sister Connie Perry of Creedmoor, N.C.. She is also survived by her mother in law Dorothy Slider and her husband Ray of East Stroudsburg, her father in law James Miller and his girlfriend Donna Repsher of East Stroudsburg; her sister in laws Teresa Slider of Harrisburg, Amanda Slider and husband Joel Kulp, and James Miller II and girlfriend Nicole all of East Stroudsburg; Neices; Teresa Kulp , Terri Kulp and Amber Miller ;nephews Robbie Perry and Thomas Perry ;her paternal grandfather and grandmother in law Donald and Dorothy LaBar of Stroudsburg , Ray and Evelyn Slider of East Stroudsburg and grandparents Adell Wheless, William A. Wheless, Harvey Lee Brown, and Margaret M Brown all of North Carolina Funeral services will be held on Sunday May 1, 2016 at 12:30pm at the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street Stroudsburg. Cremation will follow. There will be a viewing from 10:00am until the time of the services at the funeral home In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to the family in care of the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg PA 18360
