Judith A. Stettler

Judith A. “Judy” Stettler , 70 of Cresco, passed away on Tuesday March 8, 2016 at the Pocono Health System Hospice House. Born April 18, 1945 in East Stroudsburg the daughter of the late Allen E. and Evelyn (Keeley) Kunkle. She was a resident of Monroe County for most of her lifetime, and a graduate of Stroudsburg High School. Prior to her retirement in 2013,she worked as the Head Teller for 1st Northern Bank & Trust in Blakeslee. Prior to that she was a Member Service Representative at Insight Credit Union in Orlando, Florida for 12 years. She also worked at Penn Security in Mount Pocono. Judy is survived by her 2 sons, Robert “Bobby” Stettler Jr. of Mount Pocono, and Keith M. Stettler and his wife Marilou of Cresco; 2 grandchildren Sarah and Ryan Stettler of Cresco She is also survived by her brother Bruce A. Kunkle of Stroudsburg. Memorial funeral services will be held on Saturday March 12, 2016 at 6:30pm at the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg with Chaplain Herman officiating. There will be a visitation on Saturday from 4:00pm until the time of the services at the funeral home. Her cremated remains will be interred with her parents in the Kellersville Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
