Juanita Jenkins

SAINT Juanita Jenkins (Nita) was born on January 13, 1964 to Vondell & James Weeks in the city of Paterson, NJ. She departed her life on April 25, 2021 at the age of 57 in East Stroudsburg, PA. Nita enjoyed driving to Wildwood and Seaside Heights on the weekends. One of Nita’s passions was traveling on cruises with her cousin Denise Jenkins. Nita was an avid Dallas Cowboys Fan, as well as a fan of all of Martial Arts movies. She adored collecting Collectible Antique Dolls and found pleasure in reading books. Nita joined and became a member of Universal Hagar’s Spiritual Church in Trenton. She also cherished most of her time with her son, Samuel, and granddaughter, Jhene. Juanita was preceded by her parents; Vondell & James Weeks, her grandfather; Samuel Pierce, and her four brothers; Reginald Jenkins, Anthony Jenkins, Darnell Weeks and Bernard Weeks. Nita will be truly remembered by her dear friend; Alton Chillious of CA, son; Samuel Jenkins of North Brunswick, NJ, step-daughters; Miesha Yacab of Beacon, NY, Davina Yacab of Ft Lauderdale, FL, granddaughter; Jhene Jenkins, grandsons; Sa’yon and Jayden Harrison, grandmother; Julia Mae Pierce of AZ; sisters; Barbara Ann Jones (Ed) of PA, Julia White (Mike) of North Brunswick, NJ, and brothers; Mark Weeks of East Orange, NJ, Jerry Weeks of Paterson, NJ. In addition, Nita is survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, loved ones and friends.
