Jose R Delgado

Jose Robert Delgado, 73, of Bushkill passed away on Friday, May 5, 2017 in Oklahoma. Jose was born on December 8, 1943 in Humacao, Puerto Rico the son of Jose Delgado and Luz Medina.  He was a man of many faiths a truly religious person but loved his science. Jose was a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico and a former Supervisor for New York City Social Services And the state case review. He is survived by his four children Betsy Marie DelGado, Maria Teresa DelGado, Lillian Roberta Merced DelGado and Roberto Manuel DelGado.His grandchildren Angel Rivera, Matthew Rivera, Alyssa Grunstra, Hector Estrada, Isaiah Estrada, Jacob Estrada, Gregory Merced, Ariel Delgado and Emily Delgado. Great grandson Isaac Rivera. There will be a viewing held on Friday, May 12, 2017 at Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg from 6:00pm until 9:00pm.  Burial will take place Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 11:00am at Stroudsburg Cemetery.
