John Mark Hopkins

John Mark Hopkins, 65, of Effort, passed away on Tuesday October 26, 2021 a the Lehigh Valley Hospital – Pocono. He was the husband of the late Holly (Hoffman) Hopkins. Born July 15, 1956 in Dover, New Jersey, the son of the late John G. and Eleanor (Ballard) Hopkins. He was a resident of Monroe County for the past 34 years, and prior to that of Boonton, New Jersey. He was of the Catholic Faith John worked for 2 M in Rockaway, New Jersey for many years. He then worked for the United Envelope Company in Mount Pocono. John is survived by his 2 daughters, Michelle A. Hopkins of Dagsboro, Delaware, and Melissa S. Piriczky and her husband Joseph of Tobyhanna; his 5 grandchildren Savannah, Elijah, Leigha, Ella, and Emmalinn. He is also survived by his sister Carol Hopkins of Denville, New Jersey and his Brother Stephen Hopkins and his wife Marie of Parsippany, New Jersey; and his former wife Stephanie Heckman and her husband Ronald.
