Joel William Kulp Jr. died unexpectedly in York ,PA on December 1, 2018 at the age of 28. Joel is survived by his daughters, Terri Kulp and Teresa Kulp of East Stroudsburg, PA, his mother, Vicki Jo Strouse of Saylorsburg, PA, his brother, Walter Bishop Jr., of Saylorsburg, PA, his stepfather, Walter Bishop, his grandmother, Bonnie Strouse of Saylorsburg, PA, his grandfather, Joe Kulp of Montague, NJ, his mother and father in law, Ray and Dorothy Slider of East Stroudsburg, PA, his sister in law, Teresa Slider of Harrisburg, PA, his brother in law, Isaac LaBar of East Stroudsburg, PA, ex-wife Amanda Slider of East Stroudsburg, PA, Brian and Terri Ogg of East Stroudsburg, PA grandparents in-law Donald and Dorothy LaBar of Stroudsburg, PA, several nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father, Joel W. Kulp, his grandmother, Joyce Kulp, his grandfather, Franklin Strouse, and his sister in law, Kimberly LaBar. Joel was born on February 02,1990 in East Stroudsburg, PA to Vicki Jo Bishop and Joel Kulp. He graduated from East Stroudsburg High School South in 2009. A funeral is scheduled from 2:00pm- 4:00pm on Sunday December 9, 2018 at Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg with a reception to follow.
