Joan Elizabeth Tracy Adamo

Joan Elizabeth Tracy Adamo, 74, of Stroudsburg, passed away on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at her home. She was the Wife of Thomas Philip Adamo, they were married on April 24, 1976.
Born October 10, 1948, in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Dalton) Tracy. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Jennifer Erickson and her husband Robert Manion of Reading, Vermont, Moriah Adamo and her husband Eric Olesh of Roslyn, New York, Ian Adamo and his wife Joyce of Paso Robles, California, Devin Adamo of Woodstock, Vermont, and Blythe Adamo and her finance Christopher Rice of Quakertown, Pennsylvania and daughter in law Amanda Adamo of Bonney Lake, Washington. Joan adored her six grandchildren.
She is also survived by her sisters, Mary Johnson and her husband Kenneth of Red Oak, New Jersey and Margaret “Peggy” Zeller of Pleasantville, New York; and several nieces and nephews.
Joan has been a resident of the Poconos since 1979, and prior to that of Brooklyn.
She was a member of the Calvary Chapel in Stroudsburg. She worked as an office manager at the French Manor Inn and Spa in South Sterling for many years.
Joan will be remembered for her wit, humor and sage advice.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. The Bensing Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg is in charge of the arrangements
