Jerry M. Razzano, 69, of Palmerton, passed away on Monday, September 28, 2015 at the Pocono Medical Center. He was the husband of Judy A. (Bush) Razzano. Born August 27, 1946 in Bradford, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Joseph and Florence (Pantuso) Razzano. He was a resident of Palmerton since 2004 and prior to that of Stroudsburg. Jerry was a Veteran of the United States Army, having served during the Vietnam War as a photographer and medic. Prior to his retirement he worked in Domestic Relations Director for Monroe County for many years. Most recently he was a car salesman for Rentschler Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Slatington. He was associated with the Pennsylvania Game Commission, where he taught the Hunter’s Safety Education Courses. He also wrote and taught courses in Domestic Relations at Penn State University. In addition to his wife, Jerry is survived by his immediate family, Michael Peduto and his wife Tracy of East Brunswick, NJ, Karen Razzano of New Mexico, Dawn Austin and her husband Glenn of Lewisville NC, and Mark Razzano and his wife Kellie of Cape Cod, MA; his grandchildren Clodagh and Quinn Peduto, Makayla and Sophie Austin, and his 3 sisters, Mary Razzano of Bradford, PA, Alice Razzano of Leland NC and Jean Razzano of Frederick MD. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. His cremated remains will be interred in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, Pennsylvania. The Bensing- Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg is in charge of the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice in Jerry's name.
