Jamie Nacole Ramos

Jamie Nacole Ramos was born December 29, 1999

in East Stroudsburg PA, passed away.

January 21, 2023.

She was a kind, loving soul with a

personality that couldn't be forgotten.

She had a heart of a lion and was

the biggest dreamer there was.

She is survived by her two beautiful.

children, Dominic and Isabella. Her

mother, Rhonda Kammer, her sister

Sierra Ramos, her brother Joseph

Matlock. Jamie is also survived

by maternal grandmother Patricia

Matlock, paternal grand mother

Eileen Kammer as well as her

Adoptive parent Victor Ramos and Foster parent Alice Ramos and

Many aunts, uncles and cousins and nieces

and nephews.

Jamie was preceded in death

by her father James Kammer,

paternal grandfather George Kammer,

and additional family members.

Funeral services will be announced.
