Gerry Gaito

Gerry Gaito, age 66, of Blakeslee, PA sadly left us on February 6th, 2023, from complications due to illness.

He was born October 19, 1956, in Orange New Jersey, the son of Cero and Rose (Rossi)Gaito.

He is survived by Debi, the mother of his children, his son Jason and wife Patty, son Michael and his daughter Karina, daughter Ashley, her significant other Brian and their children, Jorden and Kaleb. He was also survived by, his brother Anthony and wife Sandy, their children, Danielle and Anthony II, his sister Ann, her husband Steve and their children Vincent and Stephen. He was preceded in death by his mom, dad and brother Sam.

Gerry had a passion for carpentry which was the career path he chose for the last 5 decades. He loved to spend time on the water with good friends or family, a cold one and some good rock-n-roll music. Gerry liked to work hard and play hard. He enjoyed life and wasn’t ready to leave. If you knew him, crack a cold one, enjoy a bon fire, have a laugh and join in remembrance.

There will be a visitation on Sunday February 19, 2023, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at the Bensing Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street Stroudsburg.
