Franklin M. “Shorty” LaBar Jr. 86, of Stroudsburg, passed away on Wednesday July 5, 2023.
Born February 27, 1937, the son of the late Franklin M. Sr. and Viola (Counterman) LaBar.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday July 8, 2023, at 11:00am at the Bensing Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg.
Burial will follow in the Sandhill Cemetery, Shoemakers. There will be a viewing from 10:00am until the time of the service on Saturday.
