Floyd Howard "Scrappy" Shively

Floyd Howard “Scrappy” Shively, 91, of Victorville, CA died January 6, 2024 at home surrounded by his

wife and family.

He was born in Stroudsburg, PA to the late Oren Franklin Shively and Elizabeth Mae Osborne Shively on

May 18, 1932.

Floyd worked at Patterson Kelley prior to his retirement. He was known to his PK friends and co-workers

as Scrappy. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed hunting with his Patterson Kelley pals. He was a

member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #1106 of Stroudsburg, PA. He loved watching Football,

especially the Philadelphia Eagles. Floyd also enjoyed woodworking. More than anything, he loved his

family and spending time with them.

Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 73 years, Wilma Jean Morrison Shively, son, Richard

William Shively (Marlyn) of East Stroudsburg, PA, daughter, Jean Ann Shively Plaza of Port Jervis, NY,

daughter, Barbara Lynn Shively Duran (Albert) of Victorville, CA, 7 grandchildren and 13 great-

grandchildren.

Private burial services will be held.

A Memorial Service will be held for his extended family and friends on May 18, 2024.
