Ellen L. Flynn

Ellen Luz Flynn, 63, of East Stroudsburg, passed away surrounded by her family on Tuesday June 7, 2022 at the St Luke’s Hospice House, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She is the wife of Douglas A. Miller, they were married for 22 years. Born July 30, 1958 in New York, New York the daughter of Aurelia (Medrona) Flynn of Stroudsburg and the late Michael J. Flynn. She was a resident of Monroe County since 1994 and prior to that of Manhattan, New York. She was of the Catholic faith. She was employed as a Medical Assistant for 15 years. In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by: Her children Erin Oquendo and her partner Michael Demarest, Shaun Oquendo and his partner Rosalin Cosme. Her grandchildren Lincoln Molina, Vincent Torres, Aries Park, Michael Demarest, Sylas Gray Oquendo, Skylitt Hampton. Her siblings Katie Flynn, Mary Palmarini and her husband Vincent Palmarini, Mike Flynn and his wife Kathy Flynn, Shaun Flynn, Margret Stone and husband Geroge Stone, Frances Baldwin. Her nephew and nieces Brian, Marya and Tara Bracero, Katie, Jessie and Eugene O'Niell, Frankie and Madison Palmarini, Maureen and Mike Flynn, Shana and George Stone, Lauren and Danielle Baldwin. Memorial funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family, The Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg is in charge of the funeral arrangements In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Erin and Shaun Oquendo.
