Elizabeth Ann Derrick

Elizabeth Ann Derrick (Wenninger), 68, of Reeders, left us and entered Heaven’s

presence, peacefully, on October 24th, 2024.

Beth was born August 11, 1956 in Beaufort, South Carolina. She was the daughter of

William J Wenninger and Margaret J Wenninger (Long).

Beth Ann graduated from Pen Argyl High School in 1974, then went on to Methodist

Hospital School of Nursing, in 1977, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She worked as a

Registered Nurse for over 30 years.

Beth married Joseph A Derrick Sr. on October 22nd, 1977 at Grace United Methodist

Church. They recently celebrated their 47th wedding anniversary.

Remaining to cherish Beth’s memory are her spouse, Joseph A Derrick Sr.; their 3

children; SarahJean Rotenberger (Mike), Emma Mae Rispoli (Ryan), and Joseph A

Derrick Jr. (Jessica). She adored her grandchildren, Ashley and Ellianna Rispoli, and

William Rotenberger. She is survived by her siblings Rebecca Loss and William

Wenniger.

Preceding Beth in death is her sister, Beverly Harmon.

Beth lived her life helping others at work, church, and in her community, touching

many lives. She was very involved in her children's and grandchildren’s lives as a

leader for Girl Scouts, Youth Group, Awanas, and a Band Mom. She loved to use her

spare time to create hand-crafted items for others. Beth was a member of Reeders

United Methodist Church.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 31st from 11:00-1:00 at Reeders United

Methodist Church. The memorial service will start at 1:00 with a luncheon to follow

at the same location.
