Diane Louise Counterman

Diane Louise Counterman, age 69, of Bangor, died Saturday, November 27, 2021. Diane was born April 21, 1952 in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. She is the daughter of the late Harry and the late Grace K (Trapp) Transue. She was employed by Hardee's , Chiefland Florida as a restaurant manager. Diane enjoyed Doing crafts, puzzles, playing Rummy 500 card games, singing karaoke , and spending time with friends and family. She is survived by daughter Tina Nunn and husband George Nunn of Stroudsburg, pa , son Tony Schneck and wife Michelle Schneck of Scranton, PA and her daughter Tracy kale and Husband Elmer Kale of Stroudsburg, PA . Her grandchildren , Annalynn Kale, Zachary Kale, James Schneck,Julia Schneck and Great Granddaughter Janessa Schneck. She also leaves behind sisters Jean wife of Larry Long in Nazareth, PA and Joan Schoeneberger of Northampton, PA and many nieces and nephews as well as extended family Mathew, Amanda and Emily. A viewing will be held for Diane on Tuesday, November 30th from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg, PA.
