Dennis John Lugo

Dennis John Lugo, 56, of East Stroudsburg, passed away on Thrusday December 31st, 2020 at the Lehigh Valley Hospital - Pocono. He was the loving husband of Catherine (Barnas) Lugo, they were married 35 years. Born January 29th, 1964 in Brooklyn, New York, the son of the late Adolfo Lugo and Barbara (Schmidt) Rivera. He was a resident of Monroe County since 2001. He was employed at East Stroudsburg University as a Pizza Maker. In addition to his wife, Dennis is survived by his two children, Jennifer and Justin ; his mother Barbara Rivera ; four siblings - Debbie, Doreen, Darin, and Duane. Three sister in laws - Lisa, Dina, and Bettyann. Brother in law - Junior. Many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father, Luis Rivera. There will be a visitation on Tuesday January 5, 2021 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm with Catholic Prayer Services at the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street. Stroudsburg.
