David William "Zeke" Ackley

Flag David William “Zeke” Ackley. 60, of Kunkletown, passed away on Friday November 4, 2016 at his home. Born March 8, 1956 in Morristown, New Jersey the son of Robert William and Elizabeth “Betty” (Kick) Ackley. He was a Veteran of the United States Army and was a merchant marine, roofer and flooring installer. Zeke enjoyed his motorcycles and had a lifelong passion for his guitars and music. Zeke enjoyed the company of his family and friends an is survived by his children Autumn, Adam, David Jr., Brittany, and Brandi Ackley; 6 grandchildren; his brother Robert Ackley and his wife Suzanne of Effort; his former wife Tane Ackley whom helped care for him, and his beloved dog Rommie. Memorial funeral services will be held on Sunday November 13, 2016 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street Stroudsburg.
