Daniel Steve Varipapa

Daniel Steve Varipapa, 69, passed away on August 1, 2017 at the Lehigh Valley Hospital Pocono. He was the husband of Carol Ann (Wickham) Varipapa they were married for 33 years. Born April 21, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York the son of the late Daniel S. and Providence (Spinelli) Varipapa. He lived in Stroudsburg for the past 28 years. Danny was a jeweler with his own small business in Stroudsburg for the last 15 years. In addition to his loving wife Carol Ann, Danny is survived by his 2 children, Alexander Meier of Quakertown, and Joanne Meier of Hastings, Florida. He is also survived by his sister Elaine (Varipapa) Meehan and her husband Frank Meehan and their children; and many cherished aunts, uncles, first cousins and their families. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday August 9, 2017 from 4:00pm to 6:30pm at Stroudsmoor Country Inn, Stroudsburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Eastern Monroe Public Library, 1002 North 9th Street, Stroudsburg PA 18360, or to the a local charity of one’s choice.
