Daniel Pardal Silva, 70, of E. Stroudsburg, PA, passed away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018. Dan served our country as a Sergeant in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. Dan was the loving father of David and his wife, Tina, cherished Grandfather of Matthew, David, Joseph and Danielle. Dan was predeceased by his son, Jamie. Services will be held privately
