D. Kathleen Mosteller On Tuesday August 24, 2021 we lost a wonderful woman that we were blessed to call mom. D. Kathleen Mosteller passed peacefully at the Garden’s at Stroud to begin her new journey with her middle school sweetheart and love of her life Gerald “Jerry” Mosteller. Kathy graduated from East Stroudsburg High School in 1959 and pursued a career as a hairdresser. After having children she became a stay at home mom, who was the glue that held our family together. She was always laughing and joking up until the very end. She loved to dance around the house making memories we will always cherish. Later in life she worked at Shawnee and then Hayward Laboratories for many years. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Reeves and Dorothy (Angle) Stettler; her in laws Tedd and Lorraine (Miller) Kowitz; her brother in laws Buck Pipher, Robert Mostellar and his wife Margaret, Woody Mosteller and his wife Janice and her nephew Pete Eibler. She is survived by her daughters, Jeri Lynn Olsommer and her husband Karl, Pamela Collura and her husband Kyle. Her grandchildren Kyle Bartholomew and wife Stephanie, Steffani Addario, Aubreana Collura and Erika Olsommer; her 2 great granddaughters Bailey Riggs and Charli Bartholomew and many nieces and nephews, who shared so many stories and memories that always ended with laughing or dancing; which helped us through this trying time with all our difficult decisions we had to make. Funeral services will be on Friday August 27, 2021 at 12:30pm at the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg with Pastor Barry Eng officiating. There will be a viewing from 11:00am until the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at 1:30pm in the Prospect Cemetery, East Stroudsburg. As her request, in lieu of flowers, please make a memorial donation to a charity close to your heart. Her last and final request to her family and friends “I Love You More, Gotcha!
