Chester Nelson Sebring, 55, of Henryville passed away unexpectantly at the Pocono Medical Center on November 25, 2016. He was the husband of Concetta G. (Genzano) Sebring, they were married September 21, 1991. Born July 27, 1961 in East Stroudsburg the son of Chester Carl and Dawn (Transue) Sebring of Tannersville, he was a lifetime resident of Monroe County. Chester was a graduate of Pocono Mountain High School with the Class of 1979. He was a member of the Pocono Township Volunteer Fire Department. He loved everything outdoors, hunting, fishing but especially salmon fishing and tied his own flies. Chester worked as a mechanic for Monroe County Transit Authority but was a jack of trades there doing everything from maintenance to being a bus driver. He was a Master Small Engine Mechanic. He also worked at Camelback Mountain for many years . Chester was a Wonderful Husband, Father, Son, Brother, and grand father. and in addition to his wife and parents is survived by his 2 sons, Mario Genzano and his wife Chandra of Florida, and Benjamin Carl Sebring of Henryville; his 2 grandchildren M.J Genzano and Jace Genzano; his brother Todd Sebring and his wife Charlene of Bartonsville; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and his father in law Mario Gezano. Funeral services will be held on Monday November 28, 2016 at 6:00pm a the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg with Pastor Margie Good officiating. There will be a viewing on Monday from 12:00noon until 8:00pm at the funeral home. Cremation will follow. In lie of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Charity of Ones Choice
