Carolyn "Cookie" Neipert

#Carolyn “Cookie” Neipert passed away Thursday, April 18th peacefully in her sleep. Cookie was 74. She resided in East Stroudsburg with her brother Walter Smith. Cookie was a loyal employee at Stone, Cyphers, DeAngleo & Hornberger, LLP for over 40 years. She will be deeply missed by her family, for which she displayed an undeniable love. She is fondly remembered for her love of games - board games, card games and of course BINGO. Cookie was predeceased by her husband, Ronald “Dutch” Neipert, parents, John A. and Mary Jane Smith and her brother, Eugene Easterbrooks. She is survived by her brother Walter Smith, her daughters, Pamela Makosky (Frank) and Deborah Rudisill (Rudy) and by her 3 grandchildren, Tyler Bentzoni, Abigail Hasara and Mackenzie Makosky; along with several nieces and nephews. Services will be held on Thursday April 25, 2019 at 5:00pm with a viewing from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at the Bensing Thomas Funeral Home with Pastor Dana Antal and Pastor Lynda Keefer officiating. Cremation will follow.
