Carla A. Prato

Carla Ann Prato, 72, of East Stroudsburg, passed away on March 11, 2019 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Pocono, surrounded by family. Carla was born in Price Utah to the late Carl and Rose Politano on August 1st, 1946. She graduated high school in Green River Utah. She married Carmen Prato later in life. She worked side by side with her husband for many years at their campground before retiring where they spent their time enjoying travel, fishing, and friends. Carla is preceded in death by husband Carmen. Carla is survived by her daughter and son in law Lisa and Dan Herman, daughter and son in law Tina and Matt Burrows, and son and daughter in law Jim and Renee Koontz, her sister and brother in law Jeri and Charles Herfkens, 5 grandchildren, and one great grandchild, as well several nieces and nephews. The family of Carla wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Lehigh Valley Pocono ICU unit for taking such great care of mom in her time of need.
