Carl Rega

Carl (Butch) Rega 79 Carl passed away peacefully on September 30 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Orange, N.J to William and Mildred Rega Carl attended school in Orange. Throughout his adult life Carl worked in the construction industry. After he retired he became a vendor for motorcycle memorabilia. For the last 35 years he resided in the Poconos in Pennsylvania where he enjoyed doing volunteer work, always making himself available to anyone in need. He was predeceased by his Brother Danny, his sisters, Suesanne Rega, Mildred Sciarela, Francis Umstot, and Madeline. He is survived by his loving children, Daughter, Dawn Rega Solar of Woodbridge, n.j. Carla Rega Connors of Lebanon, n.j. His sons,Carl Jr. of Nashville, Tenn. And Chris of Monmouth, N.J His Brothers, Anthony of Whippany, N.J.,and William of Bedminster, N.J. and many nieces, nephews and grand children. He will be missed by all that new him. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 4th at the Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
