Bernard Bulay, Jr., 48, of East Stroudsburg passed away unexpectedly on Monday February 19, 2024,
after a yearlong battle with Multiple Myeloma. He was the husband of Lisa (Sheehan) Bulay.
Born September 6, 1975, in Englewood, NJ, the son of the Bernard Bulay, Sr. and Debbie (Daus) Bulay.
He grew up in Fairview, New Jersey. He loved all sports, especially football. He enjoyed spending time
with his family and watching his children play sports.
He is survived by his children, Nicholas, Shane, Ava and Lyla. He is also survived by his brother
Lawrence Bulay.
Memorial Mass will be celebrated in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In Pennsylvania, Memorial mass will be celebrated on March 15th, 2024, at St. John’s Church - 5171 Milford Rd. E. Stroudsburg, PA 18302; and in New Jersey, Memorial Mass will be celebrated on March 23rd, 2024, at11:30 am at Our Lady of Grace – 395 Delano Place, Fairview, NJ 07022
