Anna M. Dennis

Picture Anna M. Dennis, 59, of East Stroudsburg, passed away on Wednesday July 13, 2016 at the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. Born August 9, 1956 in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Anna was the only child of the late John A. Shimko, Jr., and Anna M. (Tierney) Shimko. She primarily resided in Monroe County most of her life. Anna worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, spending many years in the employ of Laurel Manor, in Stroudsburg. Anna was an avid reader, video gamer, and casino visitor. She is survived by her 4 children, Tiffany A. St. Clair, and her husband Donald, of East Stroudsburg, Saony J. Dennis, and her fiancée, Travis Schuster, of Stroudsburg, Jon N. Dennis II, and his wife, Lauren, of Scranton, and Tommy L. Miller, and his significant other, Savanah Stevens, of Bangor. Anna has 7 grandchildren, Rowan and Charly St. Clair, Nathaniel Schuster, Jon N. Dennis III, Alexandria and Anthony Dennis, and Annabelle Miller. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family. The Bensing-Thomas Funeral Home, 401 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg is in charge of the funeral arrangements. .
