Anna Cohen

On March 19, 2025, Anna Cohen of Henryville, Pennsylvania, a loving mother, sister, and friend, passed away at the age of 54.

Anna was born on July 31, 1970 in Warsaw, Poland, to Boleslaw and Jadwiga Kornatowski. After graduating from Pocono Mountain School District, she earned degrees in computer science, business management, and network administration. She was also a certified home health aide/nursing assistant, life skills therapist, and certified peer specialist. She devoted most of her life to helping others, both personally and professionally. She was a natural caretaker, always wanting to help and support those in need.

Anna was known for her kind, compassionate spirit, her quick sense of humor, and her infectious laughter. She had a youthful, joyful, adventurous energy. She was strong, resilient, hard-working, and determined. She loved to dance, listen to music, spend time with family and friends, and she made the holidays special with her generous enthusiasm and great cooking. She never shied away from a challenge, taking great care and pride in her work, always striving to be the best she could be. She had many admirable qualities that serve as inspiration.

Anna is survived by her son, Michael, 21, her daughter, Crystal, 27, her sister, Eva, 50, her brother, Peter, 59, sister-in-law, Jennifer, 54, and her niece, Eliana,13.

Anna was an amazing woman and she will be greatly missed every day. May she rest in peace and in the hands of our Lord in heaven.
